Vacuum packaging and food safety
Vacuum packaging extends the life of the food by removing most of the air in the sealed container, preventing fresh air from entering the sealed container, thereby reducing oxidation. Vacuum packaging helps maintain the flavor and overall quality of the food. It helps to inhibit the growth of aerobic microorganisms and helps to improve the following problems in foods:
Molds cannot grow under low oxygen conditions, so vacuum packaging can eliminate it.
Yeast - causes food fermentation and can be identified by smell and taste. Yeast needs water, sugar, and moderate temperatures to grow and survive in the air. Slowing the growth of yeast requires refrigeration. Freezing can stop it from growing altogether.
Bacteria - Causes food to produce unpleasant odors, discoloration, and deterioration. Under certain conditions, Clostridium botulinum (degradation of organic matter) can survive without air and cannot be identified by smell or taste. Although very rare, it is very dangerous.
The tight vacuum seal system prevents food surfaces from drying and hardening, reducing food spoilage and waste.

Vacuum sealing operation
1. Put the food in the bag. Finish the open end of the bag to remove dust and smooth folds or folds.
2. Place the open end of the bag in a vacuum chamber under the air intake. Do not put in too much food.
3. Close the lid, then press and hold the sides of the lid and lock the buckle.
4. Press the "vacuum/seal" button and the green LED will flash to enter the automatic vacuum pumping state.
5, when the LED light turns red, enter the automatic sealing state.
6. When the LED turns green again, the vacuum sealing process is complete.
7. Open the vacuum release valve and release the vacuum pressure inside the machine.

Individual sealing operation
1. Insert the power plug into the power supply and the green LED lights up.
2. Place one end of the bag over the heat seal strip, but make sure that the end of the bag does not enter the vacuum chamber.
3. Put on the lid, then press the sides of the lid and lock the ring. Press the “Seal” button for 3 seconds and the LED will turn red.

Cleaning and maintenance
• Always unplug the power plug before cleaning the machine.
Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.

• When cleaning the inside of the unit, wipe off food or liquid with a paper towel.
• Thoroughly dry before use.
• Do not put too much stuff in the bag. Leave enough space on the open end of the bag so that it can be placed in a vacuum chamber.
• Do not wet the open end of the bag to prevent it from melting and sealing.
• Clean and tidy the open end of the bag before sealing. Do not leave anything in the opening of the bag. Do not wrinkle or crease as foreign objects or crease bags can cause difficulties in sealing.
• Do not package items such as fish bones and hard shells, as spiked items may penetrate and tear the bag.
• The vacuum sealer preferably rests for 2 minutes after each seal or vacuum seal.
